NEGOTIATION SKILLS
Goal: To teach Negotiation skills and highlight the importance of various tactics and strategies that ought to be used in negotiations. This game is intended to teach the art behind negotiations primarily, along with experiencing the process itself.
Narrative: Negotiation is the art and science of securing agreements between 2 or more independent parties. Negotiation techniques are spread across a broad spectrum of problems and situations in our day to day lives. Our focus in this game is on a Distributive bargaining situation. In the distributive bargaining situation, the goals of one party are in fundamental and direct conflict with the goals of the other party. Resources are fixed and limited and both the parties want to maximize their share of the resources. The player is effectively trained on Assertive Negotiation, Usage of the right tactic and strategy at the right time, Building Negotiations and On understanding the other party’s intentions and influencing them to reach your target settlement point.
POSH
Goal: To provide a comprehensive understanding of sexual harassment of women in the workplace and the implementation of the POSH Act in every place of employment.
Narrative: - POSH, Prevention of Sexual Harassment Act (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal), was passed as a law in 2013 by the Indian legislative system. This law makes mandatory creating, facilitating and maintaining a safe environment for women in the workplace. It has become imperative to create awareness and educate both men and women on prevalence, complaints and redressal methods for the sexually harassed. This Serious game helps gain a thorough understanding of the Act, what the rights of women are at the workplace, how to identify verbal and physical sexual harassment, complaint and redressal methods, responsibilities of the employer and training information requirements. The response-based method of playing the game helps the learner learn from correct and wrong answers, making the learning experiential.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Goal: To demonstrate the importance of adhering to a company’s Code of Conduct.
Narrative: It becomes extremely important for an employee to follow the business etiquettes when inside/outside the official premises. Organizations have zero tolerance for violations of the code of conduct. Code of Conduct, is a role-playing game focused on highlighting the code of conduct policies in the organizations. The game takes you through various scenarios and tests your validations to those. These scenarios are mind trickling and force the players to think. The consequences of actions and inactions are both presented before the player as the learning, to highlight how organizations deal with such instances.
CUSTOMER FOCUS
Goal: To enhance communication skills in customer sales representatives.
Narrative: Communication skills are of critical importance to interact with customers. Sales personnel need to possess a dynamic combination of charm, intuition, quick thinking and intelligence apart from having good knowledge about products and services which they are selling. This game provides the tools to develop the skills required to sustain customer focus and improve sales. The game is about lack of communication skills that result in customer dissatisfaction and reduction in Sales. Through a series of challenges and exercises, proper interaction with customers is illustrated and the player develops more proactive and assertive characteristics in his communication. Players also learn general management, active engagement with customers and accountability.

Goal: To enhance the current learning experience and make it more engaging and enjoyable.
Narrative: The Explorer, as a concept was developed to enrich an existing learning experience with a gamified solution making it more engaging and simultaneously offering a competitive field in the form of a Leader board. This gamification solution can be seamlessly retrofit into any learning module with minimal additional coding. In this game, the player sets on a sea exploration with the goal to discover his destination. On the course, the player learns several aspects of the subject and overcomes various challenges. The game is embedded with multiple checkpoints & milestones which provide rewards and upgrades for specific achievements. The Explorer can be customized increasing the Checkpoints, Learning methods, Challenges/Assessments and Rewards.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT(IT)
Goal: To teach how to manage the expectations of various stakeholders while executing a project.
Narrative: Managing diverse expectations of different project stakeholders (i.e.) the various entities that are affected by its progress and outcome, such as clients, project manager, project team, etc. is one of the biggest challenges in project execution. This game teaches how to prepare for such Stakeholder meetings, collecting appropriate data and analysing the data and building factual status and corrective actions in case required with a full representation of how to handle the situation with no or minimal impact to the business. Targeted Learning from this game - Schedule / Time Management, Quality Management, Cost Management, Risk Management
INFORMATION SECURITY
Goal: To teach the player about various security threats & risk causing elements & help them understand the proactive measures that can be taken to avoid any such events from happening at the first place.
Narrative: A security training game where users come across various security threats and risks and learn the right ways to deal. The story revolves around an IT organization, handling various operations for a newly growing online food delivery service “Tomato”. The User plays the role of a third person mentor, whose main objective is to help out the team in protecting data. The player has to ensure there is no loss/theft of data from the company’s network It depends on the player on what actions to be taken on problems which can help in protecting the organization/company from attacks.
YO SAFETY
Goal: Yo Safety is a simulation game that focuses on teaching road safety rules to commuters
Narrative: This game is ideal for anyone who wishes to learn through simulation. With the increase in road accidents every year, it has become imperative for all to understand road safety rules and measures that vehicles provide to ensure safe driving. The specific purpose of this game is to help its players understand the consequences of reckless driving. It can be used as a tool to create awareness for 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler commuters. This game will experientially teach the consequences of their actions or inactions. From understanding vehicle safety measures to road safety rules, this game walks you through it all.
WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT
Goal: To reinforce the importance of warehouse management processes across its employees & help them learn the same in a more interesting & interactive way.
Narrative: This is a simulation game, where the player is employee of designated warehouse, trying to complete his tasks in order to achieve his objective. This game consists of various sections, like goods unloading & scanning, Inventory management, Order picking, Order packing, Order shipping and so on. Every process is independent in itself, having its objectives & achievements defined. The players role would be specific to the process he chooses to play.

GAMBLE BASH
Narrative: An assessment game that tests the knowledge about a certain subject. It contains an element of competition that helps the player improve and learn the concepts with more engagement.
HOOK WORDS
Narrative: As part of any training it is important to retain in memory certain jargons and critically important words. Hook words provide an interesting method for such retention. In this game the player needs to identify a set of words arranged in any direction, placed among a pool of alphabets.
